Therapeutic Threads

Hosted by Counselling & Co.

This group offers a calming and creative space to help develop valuable life skills such as emotional regulation, self- esteem, and a sense of belonging.

During our next 4-week session, we will be creating a scrapbook. Teens are invited to bring mementos, photos, keepsakes of anything that makes them smile and is scrapbook friendly — friends, family, fur babies, favorite trips, or any special memories they would love to capture in the book.

It’s a great way to get creative, connect, and have fun while reflecting on their favorite memories, where they have come from, their accomplishments, and moments of celebration. We also welcome teens to bring mementos or photos of things or experiences they miss from their past. This is about them exploring their journey and life transitions so far.

This will also help us prepare for our next 4-week group series, which will help teens think about what’s next… where teens can ask themselves, where do I want to go, what do I want to accomplish, experience and maybe even what do I want to leave behind. We are exited to help them think about what they would like to manifest on the next leg of my journey.
