Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group
If you’re a mom who has experienced a loss at any time throughout pregnancy, during IVF, or after the birth of your baby, it’s not easy to reach out for support; we’re glad you’re here.
Led by our Clinical Director, Jodi Rouah, BridgeWay’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group discusses topics such as: different types of loss, stages and symptoms of loss and grief (and how these are different for every individual), possible triggers and strategies to use when facing them, how to cope with comments/questions from others, and types of support. You are welcome to share as much or as little of your experience as you’re comfortable with.
Pregnancy and infant loss and grief can be so hard to talk about, and every individual will have different experiences. If you’re questioning whether this group is right for you, please remember there is space for everyone.
Please note that this group is open to moms only. We ask that partners and children do not attend.

Post-Baby Survival Juggling Relationships, Boundaries, and Opinions
Welcoming a new baby brings immense joy, but it also introduces a whirlwind of changes. As new parents, we often have our own ideas of how to care for and nurture our little ones, yet navigating the sea of unsolicited advice and differing opinions from well-meaning friends and family can be overwhelming. In this workshop we will create a supportive space for parents to explore the discomfort of voicing boundaries, learn how to maintain friendships with those who parent differently, learn to manage family opinions, and how to prioritize time together as a couple. Join us to gain confidence, build resilience, and approach these challenges with some ease.
